Fall for our Petits Cœurs Fraise-Crème Lisses , jelly candies in the shape of small hearts, combining the sweetness of cream with the fruity flavor of strawberry. Each 100 gram bag offers you a melting and delicately sweet tasting experience, perfect for expressing tenderness and indulgence. Made from glucose syrup, sugar and beef gelatin, these hearts have a soft and pleasant consistency in the mouth. The acidifiers E330 and E270 bring a slight touch of acidity that perfectly balances the creamy sweetness of each bite. Their smooth and shiny finish is obtained thanks to the use of vegetable oil (palm) and the coating agents E901 and E903, for an attractive and appetizing appearance. The colorings E163, E129 and E160a give them subtle shades of pink, red and yellow, reminiscent of the natural nuances of strawberry and cream. These little smooth strawberry-cream hearts are ideal for accompanying your moments of sharing or for offering a moment of sweetness to those you love.

1. Products not eligible for return

Due to the nature of the food products we offer, candy boxes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

  • Perishable products (candy, confectionery, etc.)
  • Personalized and tailor-made boxes

We invite you to carefully check your order before finalizing it.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged product or if your box contains an order error, we kindly ask you to contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Please provide the following information:

  • Photos of defective or damaged products

We will then offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

4. Subscription Refunds

If you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, you can decide to cancel it at any time. However, months already billed and boxes already sent are not refundable . The cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and you will not be billed again after this cancellation.

5. Delivery Problems
