Delivery Times

  • Delivery in Metropolitan France :

    • Home Delivery : Deliveries via DPD are generally made within 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.
    • Delivery to Relay Point : With Mondial Relay, your orders are available at a relay point within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

  • Delivery to Europe : Delivery times to European countries generally vary between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the destination.

  • International Delivery : For orders outside Europe, delivery times are generally between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Monthly Subscriptions : Shipping is free for all paid monthly subscriptions, regardless of the delivery method chosen.

  • Purchase by Unit :

    • Home Delivery via DPD :
      • €6.90 for all orders.
    • Delivery to Relay Point with Mondial Relay :
      • €3.90 for any order under €30.
      • Free for orders over €30.

  • Delivery to Europe : A flat rate of €10 applies to all deliveries to Europe.

  • International Delivery : A flat rate of €15 applies to international deliveries.
