Refund Policy

At La Box Mystère , we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, we invite you to consult our return and refund policy.

1. Products not eligible for return

Due to the nature of the food products we offer, candy boxes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

  • Perishable products (candy, confectionery, etc.)
  • Personalized and tailor-made boxes

We invite you to carefully check your order before finalizing it.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged product or if your box contains an order error, we kindly ask you to contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Problem Description
  • Photos of defective or damaged products

We will then offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your claim for a defective or damaged product, we will notify you of our decision regarding a refund or replacement. If your request is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .

4. Subscription Refunds

If you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, you can decide to cancel it at any time. However, months already billed and boxes already sent are not refundable . The cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and you will not be billed again after this cancellation.

5. Delivery Problems

If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame or your package has been lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@laboxmystere.fr . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide you with an alternative solution.
