Subscription Policy

At La Box Mystère , we offer you several purchasing options, including monthly subscriptions and single purchases. This policy details the cancellation terms based on the different purchasing options.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions to La Box Mystère allow you to receive a box each month as long as the subscription is active.

1.1. Termination conditions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, meaning that the current month's box will be shipped and billed.
  • To cancel your subscription, you can log in to your account on laboxmystere.fr and access the "My subscription" section or contact our customer service at contact @ laboxmystere.fr .

1.2. Processing time

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid billing for the following month. If the request is received after this deadline, it will be considered for the following month.

1.3. Effects of termination

  • Once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer receive monthly boxes, and no amount will be charged after the cancellation is taken into account. Months already billed and boxes already sent are not refundable.

2. Single Purchase

Single purchases on The Mystery Box are one-time purchases and are not subject to an ongoing commitment like subscriptions.

2.1. Termination conditions

  • Once a single purchase order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or terminated, unless there is a problem with the delivery or the product received is defective or non-conforming. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

3. Delivery Problems and Complaints

If there is a problem with the delivery of your box (lost package, late delivery, damaged product), please contact our customer service at contact @laboxmystere .fr within 2 days of receiving (or not receiving) your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
